Connor Maclennan joined Costa Pacific Communities in 2008 as a financial analyst. His scope of work includes the formation and maintenance of project Pro Forma analyses as well as creating and analyzing financial tools to help management make strong choices that benefit the projects long-term objectives.
Connor attended Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business where he received an undergraduate degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. During his time at the university he interned with CORE Realty Holdings in Newport Beach, California, as an acquisitions analyst, where he accumulated a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and the acquisition process. After graduation, he worked as a Due Diligence Analyst for a real estate investment firm in Boise, Idaho, where he performed the due diligence for $157M of multifamily, office and retail properties situated in six different states.
Connor, along with his wife, Lindsey, and their son, Graham, spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors in the Northwest. They are also actively involved in volunteering at its church.
